Weather - Related Course Changes In case of inclement weather, instructors may shift venues or reorganize the course schedule to accommodate topics. Depending on the quantity of rain, the standard desert practice is to wait 24-48 hrs to climb after a rain that soaks the rock. Very light rain that does not soak the wall will not be enough water to affect our days out. Unless weather conditions are so severe as to completely impede instruction, instructors will make adjustments to course venue and schedule and refunds will not be made. Additional Terms: No-Show Policy Participants who do not attend the course without prior notification will not be eligible for a refund or transfer. Force Majeure: In the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics), we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the course. Participants will be notified promptly, and appropriate arrangements will be made. Participants will be given the option to transfer to another course date (if available) or receive a full refund. Course Changes: The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the course content, schedule, or instructors if necessary. Participants will be informed of any significant changes in advance.
